Product overview

House-flipping projects combine acquisition decisions, multiple funding sources, construction activity, subcontractors, documents, and financial reconciliation. FlipToday is intended to organize those moving parts without acting as a lender, bank, escrow provider, brokerage, or professional advisor.

FlipToday is being developed to manage the operational and financial lifecycle of a house-flipping investment. The planned platform connects property evaluation, acquisition, financing records, investor contributions, renovation planning, controlled draw workflows, expenses, closing, and final sale.

Its intended dashboards give investors, project managers, contractors, and financial administrators a consolidated view of property status, budgets, committed costs, funding activity, construction progress, and project closeout.
